About Ura
Founder / Technical Coach
My passion for football began at the age of three, playing with my dad and brother, and I immediately fell in love with the beauty of the game. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of playing for a top J-League academy in Japan, competing at the NCAA Division I level in the United States, and being selected to represent my country’s youth national team.
At the age of 23, after competing in NCAA Division 1, I decided to step away from playing and shift my focus to a different path. This decision led to the creation of Joga Bonito, where I strive to share my passion and expertise with the next generation of players.

About Zach
Technical Coach / Performance Coach
Born and raised in Utah, I’ve played at a high level throughout the state, and technical development has always been a huge part of my game. From a young age, I understood how important it is to be comfortable on the ball and to build a strong foundation technically.
There’s a lot of talent in Utah, but I believe technical training is one area that often doesn’t get enough attention.
My coaching style is centered around helping players improve their technique, while also building confidence, mindset, and belief in themselves. The mental side of the game matters just as much as the physical and technical side. Learning how to stay confident, respond to mistakes, handle pressure, and keep improving through challenges is a big part of becoming a complete player.
